P/T Marketing Assistant – Market Research Co. 3 MONTH CONTRACT! £24k pro rata

Want to play a significant role in the development of one of the worlds largest marketing and creative agencies? Want some hands on experience in branding, general marketing management, client communication and employee engagement? If so – this could be the ideal opportunity for you!
Before reading on, please note that this is a three month contract where you will be expected to work three days a week including Monday. The other days are flexible.
The role will include being in constant contact with stakeholders, co-ordinating marketing and internal communication initiatives. There will be an element of event management and you will be responsible for responding to all enquiries to the marketing department in a timely manner. You will also process invoices, maintain the internal intranet site and maintain client and employee databases.
You will be exceptionally organised and be a brilliant communicator. You will have proven previous experience of working under pressure and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be proactive, a real self-starter and have the ability to ‘hit the ground running!’ Your MS Office skills will be excellent but above all you will have a real interest in Media Research.

PA to Director – Top Ad Agency! £33k

The role itself will focus on extensive and precise diary management, preparing international travel itineraries and providing the highest level of support. Given that this role is at management level, you will be a reliable gatekeeper who is able to manage your own workload and be a real ‘self-starter.’ Supporting one busy director with some support of the team, you will anticipate every move, react instantly and prepare for every eventuality! You'll have at least 4 years previous experience in a full on PA role within an advertising agency environment. You will have the ability to work under pressure and prioritize a heavy workload. Tube Strike Madness!



Happy Monday Hattys!

Hope you all managed to survive the mayhem of the tube strike this morning! What with the delightful weather we thought we would give you something a little to smile about as well as our top new jobs of the week…

A study conducted on behalf of recruiters recently highlighted some of the most bizarre and memorable interview gaffes from candidates including:

• A candidate who kept his crash helmet on the whole time
