Your role is fundamentally an organizational one - you will work for the founding director who is an inspiring property entrepreneur and very well respected within the prime property industry and is constantly in the national press. You will organize her travel, manage her frenetic diary, undertake all written correspondence, database and email management, research and other office administration. You will run exciting projects to include client entertainment, events and recruitment.

Our Client is looking for a sophisticated, relationship driven, client facing career PA with a minimum of 5 years experience, preferably within property. You'll have excellent technical skills and experience of working in an intensely busy deadline driven commercial environment. Experience of niche working environments would be an advantage. Ideally you will have worked in Professional Services and be comfortable working in a similar environment. You'll be supremely well organized and be detail driven with the ability to work calmly under pressure. An interest in beautiful homes and interior design would be preferable.

Sales Support Exec - Sports TV Channel! £27k

In this role, you will support the Sales Manager in all aspects of sales administration and business matters. You will be responsible for drafting and tracking contracts, liaising with clients and legal departments regarding and queries and updating and administering the client database. You will have excellent attention to detail as you will be charged with producing department sales reports and revenue reconciliation. You will have a good head for numbers as you will perform revenue analyses and segment sales information as well as liaising with the Finance team regarding any client invoicing or billing queries. You will also get the opportunity to assist the
Sales Manager with market analysis on key clients, prospects and countries, so an active interest in the sporting world would be a real benefit!

It is essential that you have a good understanding of sales contracts and legal terms with at least 3 years previous experience of dealing with client contracts, billing and invoice queries. You will be an experienced sales administrator and ideally, you will have worked with a global or multinational client base. It would be a real advantage to have experience of working in the sports or news media industry and ideally with multiple currencies.

You must be competent in Excel, Word and Outlook and have excellent communication and inter-personal skills as this is a client facing role so you will be a point of contact for clients and colleagues alike. Some experience of using a Sales Database and/or CRM tools would be beneficial. You will have good time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize a heavy workload. You will have good attention to detail, be numerate and also have the ability to work as part of a team and alone as necessary.

The ability to speak foreign languages, especially Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese would be highly desirable.
