Co-ordinator – Corp. Social Responsibility! Up to £30k

My client is a high profile entertainment co based in West London looking for an outstanding co-ordinator to join their Corporate Responsibility team.

The aim of this role is to ensure safe, inclusive and respectful workplaces wherever branded items are made on behalf of this company. You will be in daily contact with Europe, the Middle East & Africa ensuring that vendors throughout the region are aware of and are meeting the high standards of this well known brand.

You will act as a point of contact, gather all documentation and maintain an extensive internal database. You will be responsible for collecting and collating vendor information and always insuring accuracy. You will have excellent communications skills and feel comfortable advising vendors on the telephone as you will be the first port of call for all enquiries. You will have excellent Excel skills as you will work extensively with databases, reports and KPI’s. Other elements of the role will include to undertaking projects, for example gathering regional data for presentations.

The perfect person for this role will be education to degree level and have at least 3 years strong relevant experience in a similar role. Significant work experience in an autonomous role in administration, customer service, legal, finance, compliance or supply chain management would be highly desirable. You absolutely must be trained to an advanced level in Excel and experience with Lotus Notes or other databases would be highly desirable. Ideally, you will have eexperience in Corporate Responsibility programmes, back office functions, contract processes or brand management in a large international company. It would be highly beneficial if you have had experience of working with non-English speaking clients by phone and email. Experience of working in a customer-facing environment within a complex organization is an absolute must! Taking pride in their work and 100% accuracy at all times is probably the most important part of this role! Fluency in a second language such as Russian, German or Arabic would be highly desirable.

PA – Big Brand! Up to £34k Mat Cover

My client is a high profile entertainment co based in West London looking for a first class PA! Based within an elite Media Distribution team, you will support one Vice President and one Director with their daily planning. Please note that this is a 12 month Maternity Contract to start ASAP.

You will be solely responsible for co-ordinating internal and external meetings across the business, arranging international travel plans and act as a true lynch pin for busy your team. You will take minutes in meetings, maintain databases and act as a first point of contact for clients and colleagues alike. You will be a true networker as you will build relationships with clients and talent and in a consistent, familiar and reliable way.
You will be exceptionally well organised, proactive and absolutely love co-ordinating complicated events, itineraries and travel arrangements!

The perfect candidate will have at least 4 years solid PA experience ideally within a large international brand. It is essential that you have experience of using SAP systems and have experience of raising PO numbers and dealing with invoices. Receptionist for Advertising Agency! Up to £20k

P/T Administrator for International Design School! £21k

An amazing position for a great administrator has occurred to join this high profile design school in the cool and trendy Chelsea Harbour area of London. With a prestigious teaching fraternity and an exciting range of world leading courses within both Interior and Garden Design, our Client has earned an enviable reputation for their unique style and creative flair alongside an immensely friendly, fun and supportive culture.
You will act as the first point of contact for all enquiries into the school and its courses to prospective students. You will be confident on the phone and in person and have strong administrative skills. You will manage a large database, send all interview letters and documentation, manage all office supplies and distribute and manage the school brochures.
Ideally you will have at least 2 years admin experience and experience of working in a sales role would be highly beneficial. You must be confident, encouraging and be a true ‘people person.’
You will be a true team player, approachable and have an interest in Education. Please note this is a part-time position of three days a week to include Monday and the other two days are negotiable. You must have good MS Office skills, be highly organized and truly love being that ‘go-to person!’ Experience of taking meeting minutes would be highly favorable.
Please note that the hours will be 9am to 5:30pm Wednesday to Friday. You must be available to work on these days and times. The salary will be £21,000 pro rata.
