One of Hatty’s fabulous friends, Alanna Ormonde, has very bravely abseiled down Battersea Power Station in aid of the Stroke Association with some pals! Collectively as a team, they have already raised a whopping £1,500 and the grand total is still going up! Account Executive – Marketing & Events! Up to £23k

In this role you will work on one of the largest technology accounts in the Corporate Division. In your role you will be expected to take a semi-autonomous role within the team and deliver against tight client briefs, always thinking about outstanding client service and budget. You will work alongside other members of the team to develop integrated event and marketing plans, then deliver against them. You will manage events from start to finish, constantly updating the client and being their ‘go-to’ person. You will be a strong negotiator as you will constantly be liaising with suppliers to ensure budgets are adhered to. On the marketing side, you will have the opportunity to bring your own creativity and design experience to the table everyday as you will take control of email, online and telemarketing campaigns.

The perfect candidate will have at least 12 months solid experience of events and marketing in a B2B environment. They will be driven, have great attention to detail and be able manage their own time effectively, with the ability to prioritise under many different demands. Ideally they will have worked within the IT or technology sectors but this is not essential.
Above all they must have great people, project management and IT skills. Personality wise, the perfect candidate will have a strong work ethic and bags of energy and passion!

New Biz PA Looking For A Challenge? Up to £33k


Are you an outstanding PA working within New Business and are looking for the next step in your career? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Working in slick offices in the East London, my client is the market leader in PR acting on behalf of some of the worlds biggest brands.
You will act as a true ambassador for the agency, making it your business to know everything about the industry! You will support the Director of Business Development in identifying prospective new business opportunities, researching competitors and potential new clients. You will use your advanced PowerPoint skills on a daily basis to create pitches and also produce extensive competitor analysis reports. This is a full cycle recruiting position, based in gorgeous London offices. You will be responsible for managing and owning the full recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. You will work with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and write job descriptions, proactively source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, contacts, events, and other creative means. You will screen resumes and interview qualified candidates, schedule interviews for hiring managers, facilitate interview debriefs with interviewers and hiring managers. You will maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis, work with executive teams and hiring managers to on-board new hires and be a true ambassador for the brand!

The perfect candidate will be ideally educated to degree level from a Red Brick University and have between 1 and 3 years of experience with in-house or agency recruiting. A mix of the two would be really ideal! They will have knowledge of industry standards and the competitive landscape. PA in Marketing – Top Entertainment Co! Up to £45k

My client is looking for a PA to support one lovely President.
The role itself will focus on extensive and precise diary management, preparing international travel itineraries and providing the highest level of support. Student & Teaching Coordinator – Interior Design School £22.5k

An amazing position for a Student & Teaching Coordinator has occurred to join this high profile design school in the cool and trendy Chelsea Harbour area of London. With a prestigious teaching fraternity and an exciting range of world leading courses within both Interior and Garden Design, our Client has earned an enviable reputation for their unique style and creative flair alongside an immensely friendly, fun and supportive culture.

The Coordinator works as part of the team responsible for administrating and supporting the day-to-day running of the college’s courses for students studying primarily from home . This is a really exciting role where no two days will be the same! This is a three-fold position where you will be responsible for all administrative support, academic support to the students and also assisting in tutoring the lessons.

The majority of your time will be spent on administrative support where you will plan and provide all necessary materials, update timetables and course booklets, oversee bookings and assist with budgeting. You will have great attention to detail to ensure all schedules are coordinated, all documentation is proof read and that students and tutors are kept up to date at all times.

The teaching element of this role is an assistant position. You will help with preparation of lesson plans, review teaching materials and assist in tutoring lessons and seminars. You will make sure all documentation is correct and up to date prior to tutorials and you will take responsibility for arranging debriefs and taking feedback post course completion.

You will also provide academic support to the students, by phone, email and in person. You will maintain regular contact with groups and provide careers advice so you will be friendly and approachable. You will be a true ‘people person’ and will enjoy nurturing students’ personal and academic development.

You will occasionally be required to attend Open Evenings, Exhibitions and some Saturday workshops, so some flexibility is required.

The perfect candidate will have at least 2 years solid experience within a coordination role, ideally within an educational environment. It is absolutely essential that you have an Interior Design Qualification as you will be required to draw on your technical experience on a daily basis. Your training will ideally have involved technical drawing, lighting plans, putting together sample boards and you will have a solid knowledge of interior design history.
