PA to MD – Top TV co! £25k+

Specifically you will support the MD and his team. You will undertake diary management, set up internal and external meetings, monitor emails, coordinate conference calls, compile and submit expenses, create travel itineraries, process invoices, ad hoc research and administrative tasks and assist with the organization of company events and meetings. The role will be covering the marketing director while she is on maternity leave. Your focus will be to follow the existing marketing strategy, implementing defined sales, and marketing activities in order to meet company targets. You responsibilities will include monitoring, controlling and reviewing the marketing budget. You will oversee all advertising – to include Online, Magazine, and Newspapers. You will schedule, design, place and monitor success rates of advertisements. You will be responsible for the production of all sales material, sales, content and development.
