The role will involve pro-active management of directors every day needs to include managing diaries, travel, correspondence, answering phones and coordinating the busy lives of the gang.The role is very events focused and you will have the opportunity to manage the client entertainment programme, office parties and events calendar. You'll attend networking evenings and PR events too.Alongside being a PA the role is to provide administrative and office management support to the agency and be someone that the agency relies on to always be a safe pair of hands. We are looking for an individual who is confident, a self-starter and who has tenacity to be forceful but respectful. Someone who is willing to deliver a multitude of tasks in an organised manner and spirited in the way tasks are delivered.
