You are based on reception in these stunning offices but your role will stretch to a whole lot more! PA to HR Director + French - Global Beauty Brand! £25-30k
Our Client is a pioneer of the Beauty & Cosmetics Industry with an international reputation for the manufacture and retail of award winning, naturally inspired and ethically produced beauty.
Based in their London HQ you will support this high flying, inspirational HR team, ensuring that the department operates efficiently and supports HR business partners and employees.
Your key job accountabilities are to support the HR Director who works partially at the London HQ and partially remotely. You will manage her diary, book flights, undertake email management and be the first point of contact for general queries. You will coordinate Zone Visits with the Paris Head Office, undertake PowerPoint presentations, organis video conferences and crucially run Statistics reports to present to the Management team. You will attend Recruitment meetings with the team and administer interview preparation for candidates and have involvement in key project /benefit areas.
You are a highly analytical and numerate French speaking graduate PA/Administrator with ideally a background in HR Coordination, Logistics or Finance administration. You will have PowerPoint and Excel to an advanced level. Supremely well organised with a structured, proactive and flexible approach you'll be detail driven and capable of producing outstanding quality work every time.
