PA in PR - Luxury Beauty Giant £26-32k

Wow! Opportunities like this do not come up every day! A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the World leading Beauty FMCG as PA to the Communications, Design and Merchandising Directors. You will liaise closely with your Directors, ensuring their support requirements are met, be the primary organisational, email and telephone contact, arrange travel and itineraries, work closely with the Merchandising and PR teams, prepare presentations and set up and maintain systems.
Crucially you will act as the key point for contact for the media. This involves liaising with the entire brand for dates for media events, checking guest lists, sending products and answering all other queries from the media.
You will be a strong secretary/PA with advanced skills across the board with 3years + experience, preferably within a FMCG or luxury corporate brand. You will be a sophisticated and polished individual with a confident and ambassadorial approach to promoting your brand externally alongside a flexible, hard working and confidential approach. Key is the ability to juggle many different projects at once with a cool head.
It would be useful if you had conversational working knowledge of French.

Daily, you will deal with invoices, liaise with suppliers, track IT equipment and organise licensing. Brilliant attention to detail is an absolute must as you will obtain quotations, purchasing orders from key business stakeholders as well as any other ad hoc tasks.
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to follow process, be a fast learner, have the ability to prioritise and have proficiency is both Excel and Word. Based in gorgeous trendy offices in Farringdon your role is diverse. You will be responsible for providing daily support of premises and office facilities, be responsible for all incoming calls and assisting visitors, administer travel bookings and work with HR to provide support for marketing and social events. You'll ideally be a graduate with a minimum of 2 years experience in an office environment doing a similar role and it will be an advantage if you have previous experience in travel booking & administration.
