You will create extensive spreadsheets, graphs and reports in Excel. It will be your responsibility to maintain records and ensure all procedures are closely followed.
You must have proven advanced Excel skills and previous experience of working for a retailer or luxury supplier. This is an ongoing temporary role so you must be available immediately.

Our Client is one of the UK's most exciting and successful independent digital media agencies with an eclectic Client list and a cool social scene! This position ideally requires an immediate start for a 6 month maternity cover.
Based in gorgeous trendy offices in central London your role is diverse and exciting. You will support 3 directors, act as a friendly accessible point of contact and manage HR issues surrounding the agency’s’ freelance staff. You will be responsible for answering incoming enquiries, maintaining supplies, booking meeting rooms, co-ordinating the Directors diary and travel arrangements and greeting all visitors. This is a truly involving role and you will have the opportunity to really make it your own!
You'll ideally have three years PA/ Office management experience within a digital or advertising agency. You will have good all round MS Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You'll be the kind of person who loves to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in. Most importantly you will be incredibly self-motivated and able to work to your own initiative as this is a stand alone role.
