An enviable opportunity has arisen to work in the Production arm of this Industry leading International Entertainment company based in Central London. My client is looking for an experienced PA to join two Business and Legal Affairs Directors and have the opportunity to provide the highest level of support to two unique characters.
The role itself will focus on extensive and precise diary management, preparing international travel itineraries and providing first class secretarial support. Given that this role is managing two Directors, you will be a reliable gatekeeper who is able to manage your own workload and be a real ‘self-starter.’ You will anticipate every move, react instantly and prepare for every eventuality!
You'll have at least 4 years previous legal, financial or entertainment PA experience, the ability to work under pressure and prioritise a heavy workload and a real work hard play hard ethic. You'll have a flexible attitude to adapt to changing priorities and business needs and the emotional intelligence to deal with two very different but equally as important Directors. You will have strong MS Office skills, excellent organisational skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

One of the world leaders in Financial PR requires a Power Point expert to assist one of their most exciting and influential teams! The company is fast-paced, active and professional so they need a PowerPoint expert to match!
A flair for design is absolutely essential as you will be responsible for creating your own templates to be used company-wide. You must be trained to an advanced level in Power Point and have at least two years experience in a demanding PowerPoint/Team Assistant role and feel confident to lead others with your technical knowledge.
You will be the main point of contact for Directors and Team Assistants alike to lead all key PowerPoint presentations, so flexibility to work with colleagues on all levels is crucial. You will provide support to a variety of teams as an assistant in diary, travel and meeting management.
Additional elements of this position include sending out press releases, monitoring press coverage and being in daily contact with journalists from high profile newswires. They are looking for someone who is able to hit the ground running, be a fast learner and understand the importance of speed efficiency.
