Administrator - Award winning Architects Up to £30k

Based in stunning London studios, this prestigious, award winning Architecture agency is looking for an ambitious Administrator to join their team! Working with some of the UK’s most exciting projects this agency has a truly enviable client list!
You will support a busy team with daily diary, travel and meeting management. You will be incredibly organised and will feel comfortable gate keeping, as these designers are in high demand! You will organise the meeting room schedules, assist in facilities management and excitingly, you will also get the opportunity to support the Office Manager and get involved in a variety of ad hoc projects. There is also an element of marketing involved as you will take control of the company website, take all enquiries from the press and always be thinking of new promotional ideas and opportunities. You will be responsible for the office Health and Safety and First Aid, stationary orders and ad hoc HR projects. You will be very hands-on, practical and have bags of emotional intelligence!
The perfect candidate will be highly organised, passionate and be able to work proactively as well as reactively. They will be enthusiastic, positive and have a ‘can-do’ attitude. They will have at least 2 years solid experience within a similar administration role ideally within an Architecture or Design agency. The perfect candidate will have outstanding MS Office skills, be truly IT savvy and experience of using design programs such as InDesign and Photoshop would be a distinct advantage.

PA in Marketing – Top Entertainment Co! Up to £45k

Are you a senior level PA with strong Marketing experience? If so, we have the perfect role for you! An enviable opportunity has arisen to work in the Marketing team of this Industry leading International Entertainment company based in Central London. My client is looking for a PA to support one lovely President.
The role itself will focus on extensive and precise diary management, preparing international travel itineraries and providing the highest level of support. Given that this role is managing a very busy President, you will be a reliable gatekeeper who is able to manage your own workload and be a real ‘self-starter.’ You will anticipate every move, react instantly and prepare for every eventuality! You must have experience of working within a marketing team as you will also be expected to get involved in some of the work flow. You will have strong MS Office skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail as you will be preparing meeting documentation constantly.

You'll have at least 5 years solid PA experience, the ability to work under pressure and prioritise a heavy workload and a real work hard play hard ethic. Ideally, you will have worked for a large international brand or FMCG. It is absolutely essential that you have worked previously within a Marketing environment as you will need to be familiar with work flow processes, language and the marketing world. You will fully be expected to hit the ground running so motivation, enthusiasm and drive are all essential qualities you must possess! Student & Teaching Coordinator – Interior Design School £22.5k

An amazing position for a Student & Teaching Coordinator has occurred to join this high profile design school in the cool and trendy Chelsea Harbour area of London. With a prestigious teaching fraternity and an exciting range of world leading courses within both Interior and Garden Design, our Client has earned an enviable reputation for their unique style and creative flair alongside an immensely friendly, fun and supportive culture.

The Coordinator works as part of the team responsible for administrating and supporting the day-to-day running of the college’s courses for students studying primarily from home . This is a really exciting role where no two days will be the same! This is a three-fold position where you will be responsible for all administrative support, academic support to the students and also assisting in tutoring the lessons.

The majority of your time will be spent on administrative support where you will plan and provide all necessary materials, update timetables and course booklets, oversee bookings and assist with budgeting. You will have great attention to detail to ensure all schedules are coordinated, all documentation is proof read and that students and tutors are kept up to date at all times.

The teaching element of this role is an assistant position. You will help with preparation of lesson plans, review teaching materials and assist in tutoring lessons and seminars. You will make sure all documentation is correct and up to date prior to tutorials and you will take responsibility for arranging debriefs and taking feedback post course completion.

You will also provide academic support to the students, by phone, email and in person. You will maintain regular contact with groups and provide careers advice so you will be friendly and approachable. You will be a true ‘people person’ and will enjoy nurturing students’ personal and academic development.

You will occasionally be required to attend Open Evenings, Exhibitions and some Saturday workshops, so some flexibility is required.

The perfect candidate will have at least 2 years solid experience within a coordination role, ideally within an educational environment. It is absolutely essential that you have an Interior Design Qualification as you will be required to draw on your technical experience on a daily basis. Your training will ideally have involved technical drawing, lighting plans, putting together sample boards and you will have a solid knowledge of interior design history.
