One of Hatty’s fabulous friends, Alanna Ormonde, has very bravely abseiled down Battersea Power Station in aid of the Stroke Association with some pals! Collectively as a team, they have already raised a whopping £1,500 and the grand total is still going up! Account Executive – Marketing & Events! Up to £23k

In this role you will work on one of the largest technology accounts in the Corporate Division. In your role you will be expected to take a semi-autonomous role within the team and deliver against tight client briefs, always thinking about outstanding client service and budget. You will work alongside other members of the team to develop integrated event and marketing plans, then deliver against them. You will manage events from start to finish, constantly updating the client and being their ‘go-to’ person. You will be a strong negotiator as you will constantly be liaising with suppliers to ensure budgets are adhered to. On the marketing side, you will have the opportunity to bring your own creativity and design experience to the table everyday as you will take control of email, online and telemarketing campaigns.

The perfect candidate will have at least 12 months solid experience of events and marketing in a B2B environment. They will be driven, have great attention to detail and be able manage their own time effectively, with the ability to prioritise under many different demands. Ideally they will have worked within the IT or technology sectors but this is not essential.
Above all they must have great people, project management and IT skills. Personality wise, the perfect candidate will have a strong work ethic and bags of energy and passion!

New Biz PA Looking For A Challenge? Up to £33k


Are you an outstanding PA working within New Business and are looking for the next step in your career? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you! Working in slick offices in the East London, my client is the market leader in PR acting on behalf of some of the worlds biggest brands.
You will act as a true ambassador for the agency, making it your business to know everything about the industry! You will support the Director of Business Development in identifying prospective new business opportunities, researching competitors and potential new clients. You will use your advanced PowerPoint skills on a daily basis to create pitches and also produce extensive competitor analysis reports. It will be your responsibility to enter the agency into industry awards and celebrate new business wins. You will constantly be updating an extensive internal database of contacts, communicating news within the agency and scouring industry magazines and press releases for competitor news.
The ideal candidate will have been working in a New Business team and ideally within a PR or media agency. You will be proactive, positive and have bags of enthusiasm! You must have advanced MS Office, especially PowerPoint skills – this will be tested at interview stage. This role would ideally suit someone in a similar New Business Managerial role or a senior PA looking for the next step up in their career.

My client is an exciting fresh ticketing exchange company who are really going places! Leading the market in Europe, they specialise in buying and selling tickets for music, sporting and entertainment events.

This is a full cycle recruiting position, based in gorgeous London offices. You will be responsible for managing and owning the full recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. You will work with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and write job descriptions, proactively source potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, contacts, events, and other creative means. You will screen resumes and interview qualified candidates, schedule interviews for hiring managers, facilitate interview debriefs with interviewers and hiring managers. You will maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis, work with executive teams and hiring managers to on-board new hires and be a true ambassador for the brand!

The perfect candidate will be ideally educated to degree level from a Red Brick University and have between 1 and 3 years of experience with in-house or agency recruiting. A mix of the two would be really ideal! They will have knowledge of industry standards and the competitive landscape. They must have recruiting experience across multiple departments and for a high growth consumer Internet company is definitely preferred. The perfect person will be patient, communicative and a detail oriented team player with outstanding interpersonal skills. They must have bags of energy, aptitude, and able to meet the demands of a start-up environment.
