A fabulous opportunity has just arisen in an internationally recognised television channel for a brilliant front of house receptionist. As a company, they broadcast to the world on news and business affairs, so this is a really exciting face paced environment to be involved in! Your daily duties will include dealing with all incoming calls politely, skilfully and in an engaging manner. You will be friendly and confident is greeting, directing and welcoming guests as necessary. You will be responsibly for managing all meeting rooms, booking taxis and couriers, taking comprehensive messages and any other ad hoc tasks. The successful candidate will be highly organised, a smart appearance, a flexible approach to their role and be a true team player. Most importantly, you will have first rate written and spoken communication skills as you will be dealing with clients, customers and colleagues on all levels in a friendly, approachable and professional manner. Please note that this is strictly afternoon part time role.
