Front of House - Events & Advertising Co! £16k

An amazing opportunity exists for a bright, fun and funky person to join this cool & funky Events and Advertising Management with a gorgeous client list, a uniquely cool culture and arguably the best parties in town!
Main duties include answering the switchboard, diverting calls, meeting & greeting clients, co-ordinating refreshments for guests, preparing boardrooms, organising flights, hotels, transfers, visas and other travel arrangements. You'll manage and coordinate the Managing Directors & manage their email correspondence.
You'll be well spoken with an excellent telephone manner and a minimum of 6 months front line reception experience ideally within a media or high profile environment. You'll be gorgeously stylish, responsible, bright and approachable with a professional and super friendly manner. You'll be an organised individual who is able to effectively multi-task and meet/greet visitors and remains calm under pressure. Most importantly you'll have bags of energy and oomph who will proactively look to reinforce a happy positive working environment and not get fazed by high profile celebrities wandering around!
