This role is to be responsible for the day to day Client experience and operations of the Front of House Department and public spaces. Specifically, you will have brilliant attention to detail and a good head for numbers as you will process all invoices for models accurately and on time daily. You will have excellent client facing skills as you will be their first point of contact and able to explain financial matters succinctly to them. Previous experience of debt collection would definitely be an advantage as you need to be confident chasing payments. You will have tip-top Excel skills as this role requires you to create, update and maintain an extensive database of financial records.
The successful candidate will have at least 12 months experience working in an finance admin role as you will need to hit the ground running in this busy, buzzy team. You will be flexible, unflappable, bright, bubbly and have a genuine interest in the modeling world!

PA/Project Manager for top Cosmetic Surgery Brand £35k +
An amazing opportunity has arisen within a firmly established, high quality international pharmaceutical company based in the heart of London's West End. The role itself will focus on being the lynch-pin of the office team, providing top pro-active PA support to the General Manager, delegating and managing the business support team and giving fantastic customer service when liaising directly with clients.
Daily you will provide an outstanding client service experience, prioritising tasks and delegating where necessary and be in charge of making sure everyone in the office is up to date with current product promotions. You will be the General Manager's right hand person, and provide line management to the business support team. You will attend leadership meetings and take minutes, whilst being proactive and innovative where necessary. You will manage the company calendar, and be responsible for the office health and safety. You will help co-ordinate sales and marketing events across Europe, and there will be the opportunity to travel to the Head Office in Scandanavia to be able to communicate company strategies to your team. There will also be the opportunity to get involved in basic accounts and invoicing, so knowledge of sage would be preferable.
This is a true all rounder role, and would be ideal for someone with at least 5 years senior executive PA or Office/Business manager experience in the pharmaceutical, beauty or luxury industry who has proven line manager/supervisory experience. You must have experience of running projects or co-ordinating a brand at different trade conventions. You will be professional, confident and able to work quickly and efficiently, whilst possessing fantastic communication skills and a real can-do attitude.
