Enrolments/Accounts Assistant - Prestigious Design School! £21k

You will help students with their enrolments e.g. enquiries about direct debits, lost manuals, refunds, visas etc, assist in the set up, monitoring and follow up of direct debits, process all enrolments, banking, financial record keeping using in house database, use Sage 50 for Invoicing and offer Sales Support on the telephone if needed.
You'll have a minimum of 12 months office experience and will be a highly numerate individual who is comfortable with financial concepts such as totals, VAT, discounts etc. You will be detail conscious and accurate, have a logical attitude to matters and be highly organised. You will have strong interpersonal and customer service skills on the telephone and face to face.
