It seems like the whole country has gone Easter and Wedding crazy!

Finance Administrator Cool Media Co. - £26k! Temp to Perm!
A brilliant opportunity has arisen within one of London’s top planning and buying agencies based in gorgeous open plan offices. This is an ideal role for an outstanding Finance Administrator with bags of energy and enthusiasm! You will be efficient, pro-active and friendly.
As Finance Administrator you will report directly to an Account Director and also work closely within a leading planning and buying team. This role will call on you to drive and support the day to day finance management within your team and their various regional accounts.
Your day to day tasks will involve ensuring invoices are paid on time, checking accuracy on billing, working with foreign currencies and managing a PO system. You will work closely with your line manager to develop and maintain financial structures across EMEA and assist in the training of local markets for all elements of the client billing process.
There will also be an element of assistance with media campaign administration and ad hoc duties specific to your client.
You will be highly energetic and be able to remain calm under pressure. You should also have strong organisational and interpersonal skills, and be able to communicate well within a team.
Excellent attention to detail is required, as well as exceptional competency with numbers and financial processes. Strong Excel is crucial along with a passion for finance management. Languages are useful but not essential and you must have a minimum of 3 years finance experience in a media or FMCG company.

Communications Assistant for International Advertising Group! Mat. Co. 12months!
A brilliant role has arisen within the world’s largest advertising and market communications agency within their communications department. This is an amazing opportunity to be a lynchpin support person to this international group.
You will be responsible for the smooth daily running of the communications department with an element of director level support. Daily, you will be collating press releases, organising the running of internal award schemes, dealing with all aspects of advertising through directories, websites and newspapers and governing training work-shops for all groups within this conglomerate. You will also be responsible for the production of the monthly newsletter.
There will be an element of internal and external presentation training too, where you will organise workshops for companies within the group and coordinate university Milkround presentations too.
Ideally you will be a bright and enthusiastic second jobber with a degree in Communications. Experience in a FTSE 100 company is a bonus but not essential.
You will have top communication skills, a methodical approach to work, have strong MS skills in particular Excel, and be able to successfully close all projects started. You will absolutely love communication and working in a team, be calm working in a fast paced environment and have a flexible ‘can do’ attitude.
Please note this is a maternity cover of 12 months.
