Its a challenge!
What a week it was last week! Busier than ever, jobs flying around everywhere and to top it off half of the Hatty team (and Steve!) deciding to undertake the Great Escape challenge in aid of Marie Curie.
The Great Escape Challenge is a very big outdoors event in the Peak District. The various tasks include biking, hiking, camping and a whole load of walking! Even though we are full of aches and pains we are still smiling. Plus with all the tent sharing we are definately a closer Hatty Team!

PA/Team Sec for Luxury Property Company - 25-30k
We have an amazing opportunity for a superb PA/Team Secretary to join a much sought after Property Company in North West London. This is a very involved role and will encompass reception and team secretarial work, as well as supporting the senior directors in their daily dealings. You will be responsible for office administration and tasks will include property management/letting, procurement of building materials, placing orders with various suppliers, data input, diary management and you will provide operational support for the whole company.
You will be first point of contact on the phone and face to face with clients, as such excellent communication skills and a polished appearance are essential. Organisational skills are also crucial in this diverse role, as is flexibility as you will have a range of responsibilities.
If you have a true passion for property and proven PA/Secretarial skills within a similar environment, this is an excellent opportunity to progress with a well esteemed company. You will have outstanding IT skills, particularly Word and Outlook and be adept to multi-tasking and problem solving. Experience in property would certainly be advantageous, as would an understanding of property law.

You will be looking after the Chairman, CFO and Chief Finance Director, supporting them in their day to day duties. You will be able to maintain all 3 diaries with ease along with organising detailed travel arrangements, presentations and expenses. Your excellent communication skills coupled with discretion and a professional and confident approach to your workload will aid you with coordinating complicated client meetings and responding to all email correspondence. Your MS Office skills will be of the highest quality and you will be a competent 'all-rounder' - filling, dealing with purchase orders and complex travel systems. Other duties will include collation and compilation of the monthly company report; maintaining internal and external communication with clients and ad-hoc support for the finance & commercial team.
It is essential that you have previous PA experience at Director Level and an interest in the Media industry would certainly be advantageous.
