PA to Directors – Top Media House! Up to £35k

Our client is one of London’s most well known and respected Media Houses with plush London Offices. Seeking a top PA to look after some of their most senior Directors – this is a brilliant opportunity for a fabulous career PA!

With superb organizational skills, you will efficiently and intelligently manage the hectic schedule of the Chief Risk Officer and his busy International team. This is a true PA role as you will be responsible for all travel, diary, meeting and inbox management. You will be proactive rather than reactive, always be 10 steps ahead and always double guessing your charges next move! They require an intuitive candidate who wants to work as a part of a team. You will prioritize all incoming correspondence and documents, provide accurate and efficient secretarial support and be a true gate keeper as the CRO is in demand!

The successful candidate will be polished, articulate, self-motivated, discreet, flexible, highly professional and will have at least 5 years PA experience within a media agency.

PA to MD – Top TV co! £25k+

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious London TV co based in gorgeous North London offices! They specialize in Comedy – so a sense of humor is an absolute must for this role!

Specifically you will support the MD and his team. You will undertake diary management, set up internal and external meetings, monitor emails, coordinate conference calls, compile and submit expenses, create travel itineraries, process invoices, ad hoc research and administrative tasks and assist with the organization of company events and meetings. This company has international offices so you will have experience of scheduling international flights and schedules. You will be proactive and able to manage your own work load.

You will be an experienced PA (2 years+) and want to work in a challenging PA role. It is essential that you have experience of working for a film or TV company. You will have meticulous attention to detail, be numerically astute with excellent Microsoft skills across the board with a calm, measured and mature approach alongside the ability to manage a multitude of tasks at once in a cheerful, positive and efficient way! Marketing Director - International Design School! Maternity Contract - £40k Pro Rata

An amazing opportunity for a Marketing Director has arisen to join this high profile design school in Chelsea Harbour area of London on a maternity contract.

With a prestigious teaching fraternity and an exciting range of world leading courses within both Interior and Garden Design, our Client has earned an enviable reputation for their unique style and creative flair alongside an immensely friendly, fun and supportive culture.

The role will be covering the marketing director while she is on maternity leave. Your focus will be to follow the existing marketing strategy, implementing defined sales, and marketing activities in order to meet company targets. You responsibilities will include monitoring, controlling and reviewing the marketing budget. You will oversee all advertising – to include Online, Magazine, and Newspapers. You will schedule, design, place and monitor success rates of advertisements. You will be responsible for the production of all sales material, sales, content and development. You will oversee the Admissions Procedure – handling all sales enquiries, follow-ups and the interview process. You will be required to conduct market research within the industry, study our competitors and collate student feedback.

You will also be in charge of monitoring all Sales Promotions, special offers, discounts and so on. The role has an exciting element of events management as you will schedule and plan exhibitions, including promotional talks, stand layout and promotional material. You will be responsible for organising Open Days, Evenings and other PR Events.

The role involves managing members of the Marketing and Administrations teams so it is absolutely essential that you have previous proven experience of managing others. You will have at least 3 years’ experience as a Marketing Director. You will be liaising with colleagues, directors and teaching fraternity on all levels so excellent communication skills are a must! We are looking for a person who is highly organised, professional and enthusiastic.
