A fantastic opportunity exists for an ambitious and sophisticated graduate who is passionate about finance to join this high profile niche hedge fund boutique in the heart of London's Stylish West End.
Our Client is an impressive, growing fund with a reputation for excellence alongside an intellectually stimulating culture, they are expanding rapidly due to phenomenal success with their institutional investors.

The role is a graduate PA orientated position working for the Chief Exec of the Organisation. The position involves diary and meeting organisation, preparing documents and providing full administrative support. You will book all international travel itineraries, restaurant reservations, hotel booking, taxis and events. As this is a boutique fund, you will have the exciting opportunity of taking on responsibilities in HR, IT and office management. You will also get involved in various personal PA tasks - No 2 days will ever be the same!

You are a highly motivated graduate from a Red Brick University with excellent technical skills who is extremely on the ball with at least 1 years solid PA experience working within an intensely busy deadline driven commercial environment (finance would be ideal). You are quick to learn and are detail driven with the ability to work calmly under pressure.

Office Manager – Independent PR co. Up to £35k

With an enviable client list and one of the most exciting, fast paced office environments in London, this really is a once in a lifetime opportunity for a career Office Manager! Independently owned, this PR agency is looking for someone who has enough energy to keep up with them!

As Office Manager, you will provide PA support to the CEO and Managing Director, maintain the office environment and organise company days out and the Christmas party. You must be a true gatekeeper and understand the meaning of managing upwards as the CEO and MD are highly in demand! You will love being the ‘go to’ person in the office as this truly is a lynch pin role! You will have experience of coordinating multiple diaries, organising international travel itineraries, setting up conference meetings and preparing all documentation. You will ensure the smooth running of the office on a daily basis and will sit in on all board meetings. Experience of taking minutes would be highly beneficial.
The ideal candidate will be super-organised, motivated, dedicated and enthusiastic. They must possess a high standard of professionalism and discretion, be able to use their initiative and work without supervision and really hit the ground running. You will have worked within a media agency environment before. Intermediate MS Office skills, strong oral and written communication skills and good people skills and at least 3 years in an Office Management role are an absolute must! Essentially, the perfect person will be a tactful, diplomatic and calm with the ability to integrate into a high energy, dynamic team in a fast paced office environment.

Marketing Communications Co-ordinator! Top Media Agency! Up to£24k!

Want to play a significant role in the development of one of the world's largest Market Research agencies? Have you got 2 years strong Team or Marketing Coordination experience? Want to take things to the next level in branding, marketing, PR, social, client communication and employee engagement? If so this could be the ideal opportunity for you! Please note this role is spread across two sites, one in West London and one in the City so please only apply if you are within travelling distance of these areas.

Daily, you will support the Head of Marketing and Internal Communications by being their right-hand person, in constant contact with stakeholders, co-ordinating conferences, meetings and dealing with day-to-day administration.
There is a large element of event management on and off site and you will also be in charge of response to all enquiries for the marketing department, making sure they are dealt with in a timely manner. You will process invoices, maintain the internal intranet site and update client and employee databases.

You will be exceptionally organised, a brilliant communicator, have high attention to detail and your ability to multitask will have been proven in your previous roles. You will be trained to an advanced standard on all MS Office packages. You will be proactive, a real self-starter and have the ability to hit the ground running with any task given to you.
