PA for Top PR and Communications Co! Up to £28k
A brilliant opportunity has become available at one of the world’s leading PR and communications agencies for an accomplished PA. You will support the two inspiring Managing Directors of the Energy and Technology teams. This is a brand new role so you will have the opportunity not only to make this role your own, but to be fully utilised too!
The role focuses on detailed email management, meeting and pitch preparation, extensive pro-active diary management, booking meetings, managing schedules and acting as a true gate keeper. You will be the first point of contact for these busy teams, so being able to predict the next move is an essential element for this role! You will get involved with collating and designing new business presentations, so excellent MS Office skills are absolutely required. It will be your responsibility to create and maintain filing systems for pitch work as well as handling any ad hoc tasks, so a flexible yet organised attitude is definitely needed.
The perfect candidate will have at least 4 years solid PA or Team Secretarial experience, ideally within a PR, Media or Communications agency. You will be accurate, creative and efficient in your work whilst maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.

Our Client is a market leader in Asset Management with a reputation for excellence, alongside an intellectually stimulating and supportive culture.
The role itself, will be a busy Team Assistant role supporting a very successful Equities team. The position involves diary management, meeting organisation, preparing documents and providing full administrative support. You will also be in charge of extensive international travel itineraries, so experience of organising flights, Visas and hotel bookings would be a distinct advantage. There is also the opportunity to get involved with creating daily reports so advanced Excel skills is absolutely essential. Ideally you will have experience of v look-ups, pivot tables and manipulating data.
