The role of HR Manager is a stand alone role, and this person is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the HR function within the agency. This is a generalist role covering Recruitment, Training, Performance Management, Employee relations, Benefits/payroll and administrative duties.
You will have previous experience of working as a HR Advisor/Manager in a generalist role within the media sector alongside a warm, welcoming personal manner, the ability to remain calm under pressure and a positive, optimistic, “can do” attitude.This is a very reactive, autonomous role which offers an excellent opportunity for an HR Generalist to finely tune their HR experience within a fun, dynamic, exciting creative environment.
