A Birthday at Hattys House!

Today is a very special day in the Hatty house as our lovely Helen is turning a whole year older. In order to help her celebrate the most experienced member of our team, Dog decided to give her the birthday barks and keep her company whilst she opened her cards!

Tip Top PA to MD at International Beauty Brand! Up to £36k

This is an amazing opportunity not to miss! My client is an international beauty brand with a prestigious reputation within the profession cosmetics industry. They are looking for an absolutely outstanding PA to provide professional secretarial, administrative and office management support to the Managing Director of a national division.
You will be professional, highly organised, able to manage your own work load efficiently and competently under constantly changing deadlines. You will provide extensive diary and e-mail management, arranging national travel, managing international meeting, event organisation and other required duties.
You will be involved in a variety of event organisation from Christmas parties to managing conferencing companies. You will be compiling meeting material including PowerPoint presentations and other product information. You will also get involved in maintaining online systems, managing incoming correspondence and get involved with the general office management. Candidates will require 4 to 5 years previous relevant experience.
Fluent French would be an advantage but is not essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, flair and attention to detail in every aspect of their role!

Calling all SCIENCE Grads! Account Exec - Healthcare PR! £20k+

An exciting opportunity exists to join one of the world's fastest growing healthcare PR agencies with a worldwide reputation for excellence and dynamic partnerships they have forged with some of the world's leading healthcare companies and organizations.
As a Graduate Account Exec your role will be to learn to Account manage from the bottom up! You will build an understanding of clients, their products, PR Programmes and objectives. You'll provide administrative support for the account team, which will include making arrangements for meetings, providing accurate copy quickly and efficiently, setting up filing systems, and making travel arrangements. You will liaise regularly with clients, participate fully in internal and external meetings and keep abreast of industry and environmental issues so that you can flag up issues and opportunities to the team.
You will be degree educated in a science based discipline and have at least six months administrative experience under your belt preferably in Publishing or PR. You will be passionate about PR and ideally have an interest in healthcare and ethical issues. Enthusiasm, great organisation skills, plus a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint will set you apart from the crowd. Languages are also useful. There are excellent opportunities for progression towards Account Management and beyond so this really is a fantastic opportunity.
