You will provide extensive diary and e-mail management, arranging national travel, managing international meeting, event organisation and other required duties.
You will be involved in a variety of event organisation from Christmas parties to managing conferencing companies. You will also get involved in maintaining online systems, managing incoming correspondence and get involved with the general office management. Candidates will require 4 to 5 years previous relevant experience.

Enthusiasm, great organisation skills, plus a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint will set you apart from the crowd. Languages are also useful.
