A one in a million position has arisen at a leading media agency for a Creative Services Assistant! This position will be responsible for providing innovate creative support within unique data visualisation, immersion sessions, debriefs and new business pitches.
You will be able to absorb briefs and translate them into visual explanations, create materials, source stimulus and generally assist the team with creative communications. You will be working with a group of key clients whom you must wholly immerse yourself in and truly get to understand their requirements. You will put together extensive presentations for pitches and ensure continuity at all times. You will produce mood boards and carry out extensive background research. You will be expected to bring your own ideas to the table via viral, social networking and video platforms.
This position will suit a truly creative individual who has an Art or Design background and really wants to put their creative flair to use! Advanced fluency within PowerPoint, Illustrator and Photoshop are absolutely essential. Adobe Premier, Final Cut, After Effects or Motion would definitely be beneficial.

PA for Prestigious Media Agency! £28k

A one off opportunity has arisen to join this buzzy, prestigious media agency with a gorgeous client list and a culture!
You will provide general secretarial support including taking minutes at board level meetings, organising busy diaries and arranging extensive travel itineraries. You will also support the directors teams too, so being a team player and able to prioritise is really important in this role! You will be a true gate keeper and be ten steps ahead at all times! You will keep all client databases current and accurate and maintain records for the department. This is a fast paced, ever changing environment so you must be adaptable and not afraid to get involved! As the directors you support are client facing, you will be polished, unflappable and have experience of booking client events and functions.
You will have at least 2 years previous experience in a similar role within an advertising or agency environment, be advanced on all Microsoft packages and be forward thinking, proactive and flexible.
