We are a boutique Support and Secretarial, Graduate and Sales Consultancy focused predominantly on the Media, Arts and Luxury Goods sectors. Based in the heart of Covent Garden we launched the business in Spring 2008 and are thrilled to be supplying outstanding temporary and permanent staff to London's most high profile and sought after companies.
Due to unprecedented growth we are looking to expand our team. Specifically we are looking to recruit a trainee Consultant. The role will involve building upon an existing Client base by initiating, developing and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients. You will resource for and interview candidates and place them in suitable permanent and temporary opportunities. You will manage the payroll system and liasie daily with our outsourced payroll function. You will handle all administrative requests relating to Temps, attend meetings with Clients and attend networking events in order to secure new business.
In addition you will be the voice and personality of Hatty Blue. You will answer phones and field calls, welcome candidates, clients and other visitors to our office and ensure that everyone receives a fantastic first impression of HB.
You will also handle all office management and marketing activity. You will be our social networking champion, helping us to reach out to Clients and Candidates in new and innovative ways. You will be responsible for organising client competitions, events and parties and other ad hoc exciting projects which will occur as you help to drive HB into its next stage of growth.

You are a graduate calibre individual with outstanding interpersonal skills and the hunger, drive and ambition to excel in a Sales position. You have a strong customer service work ethic and ideally some experience of fast paced retail or FMCG environments. You are financially astute, IT savvy with fantastic organisational and administrative ability. You are emotionally intelligent with a brilliant sense of humour and the ability to judge several things at once without losing your cool! You are quick to learn and keen to make your mark.
